Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a wonderful tool used at Freedom-Therapy. Many people don't truely know about Hypnosis. People still ask, are you going to make me dance like a chicken, or will I wake up. Hypnosis as come on leaps & bounds. Hypnotherapists are now employed In some Hospitals to Hypnotise Clients before they have their operation to add in their recover time.

NLP

NLP stands for Neuro Lingstic Programming. This too is a fantastic form of Therapy used at Freedom-Therapy. This Technique is one of the quickest forms of Therapy. It is not uncommon to remove a 30 year old phobia within 10 minutes with NLP Techniques.

EFT

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. This is such a wonderful technique.

EFT removes unwanted feelings from a memory, event or circumstance. EFT often works where nothing else will, and you can do it yourself.

EFT removes all negative feelings, which are a disruption in the bodies energy system. Using this technique removes the distress within the body, and can have a profound effect on attitude, perception, relationships and even health.

Simply stated EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture. Instead of using needles, however, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping them with you fingertips. Thus the process is easy for you to memorize and is portable, so you can do it anywhere. It launches off the EFT Discovery Statement which says.......

"The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system"

Counselling Service.

Freedom-Therapy offers a full counselling Service. Counselling is offered to individuals, Groups or Families. This involves the Service Users to discuss their personal thoughts and feelings. Even though this Service is offered, it is slowly being used less & less. Mainly due to the speed of recoverer offered by Hypnotherapy - NLP & especially EFT

Web cam involved, so Hypnosis is easy for the Therapist to induce hypnosis.
